Obituary of Albert J. Dupont, III

LITTLE FALLS - Albert J. Dupont, III 50 of 599 E. John Street, Little Falls passed away Sunday, December 19, 2004 at Bassett Healthcare Center, Cooperstown where he had been a patient since December 15, 2004. He was born on December 11, 1954 in Little Falls the son of Virginia (Swartz) Mead of Little Falls and the late Albert J. Dupont, Jr.. He was a graduate of Little Falls High School class of 1973. He was a member of the Inghams Mills Baptist Church. As well as a member of the Little Falls German Maennechor. Mr. Dupont at onetime owned an appliance store in Little Falls and has done various jobs since over the years until becoming ill. He is survived by his mother Virginia S. Mead, Little Falls, his sister Betty Darling and her husband David, his niece Lisa Young and her husband Mike, his nephew David Darling, Jr. and his wife Kathy all of Salisbury Center, his aunt Margaret Hodge, Little Falls, aunt & uncle Ken & Lorraine Swartz, Dolgeville and several cousins. He was predeceased by his father Albert J. Dupont, Jr., who died on December 17, 2003. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at 11:00 am from the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls with Pastor Gertrude Ortlieb of the Inghams Mills Baptist Church officiating. Interment will take place in St. Mary's Cemetery, Town of Herkimer. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 22, 2004 from 10-11 am and to attend the funeral services to follow.
