Obituary of Arnette F. Levellie

LITTLE FALLS - Arnette F. Levellie, 94 of 1787 State Route 169, Little Falls where she resided with her son Glenn and his family and since September of 2006 a resident of the Residential Healthcare Facility at Little Falls Hospital passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2007 at that residence. She was born on June 16, 1912 in Lakeville, MA the daughter of the late Leon and Eva (Gove) Hayward. She was a graduate of Lakeville, MA High School and attended college in Boston, MA. She was united in marriage to her husband of 56 years Joseph G. Levellie in 1943 at the Church of the Green in Middleboro, MA. Mr. Levellie predeceased her on September 20, 1999. She came to the Little Falls area with her husband in 1983. While in Middleboro she was a member of the Central Congregational Church. Locally she attended the First Baptist Church, Little Falls. She was also in her younger years a concert pianist and avid snow skier. Mr. & Mrs. Levellie were well known in the Little Falls - Dolgeville are for their time spent at the local farmers markets. At onetime Mrs. Levellie along with her husband owned and operated the former Greenwood Mfg., Co., Middleboro, MA. She later retired as the bookkeeper for the Washburn Grain Co., Middleboro, MA. She is survived by 3 sons Leon J. Levellie, Skowhegan, ME, Glenn H. Levellie and his wife Bette, Little Falls and Craig G. Levellie and his wife Kathy, Exeland, Wisc., 9 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family from the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls. There are no calling hours. Final interment will take place in Middleboro, MA.
