LITTLE FALLS - Helen M. Schultz, 84 formerly of 146 Inghams Mills Road and since October of 1996 a resident of the Van Allen Nursing Home, Little Falls passed away Saturday, November 15, 2003 at Little Falls Hospital.
She was born on June 13, 1919 in the Town of Oppenheim the daughter of the late Guy and Gertrude (Homrighouse) Perkins. She was a graduate of Dolgeville High School Class of 1936 and as a graduate of the Excelsior School of Business, Utica.
She was united in marriage to her husband of 32 years Ward E. Schultz on June 28, 1947 at the Inghams Mills Baptist Church. Mr. Schultz predeceased her on April 17, 1979.
She was of the Methodist faith. At onetime she was a active member of the Ladies Aide Society of the Untied Methodist Church, Little Falls.
Mrs. Schultz was employed as a stenographer for the former Little Falls Felt Shoe, Co.. She later for many years was a baby sitter for small children in their homes. She was last employed as a clerk for the former Food Basket Marker, Dolgeville, retiring in 1995.
She is survived by her son Robert E. Schultz, Little Falls, her brother Howard Perkins and his wife Carol, Salisbury and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Linda Mae Schultz in February of 1958 and by 3 brothers Ralph, Wayne and Harry Perkins.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will take place in Rural Park Cemetery, Ingham Mills.
Arrangements are by the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls. There are no calling hours.
