Obituary of Amelia K. Janezic

LITTLE FALLS - Amelia K. Janezic, 82 of 201 Church Street, Little Falls passed away unexpectedly Friday, June 24, 2005 at her residence. She was born on July 19, 1922 in Little Falls the daughter of the late Jorge and Elizabeth (Mizerak) Kudela. She was a graduate of Little Falls High School as well as a graduate of Nursing School where she study to become a pediatric nurse. She was united in marriage to her husband of 58 years William J. Janezic on January 11, 1947 in Herkimer. She is a member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Little Falls. Mrs. Janezic was employed for 25 years in the packing dept. of the Salada Foods, Corp., Little Falls. She is survived by 3 daughters Joanne Gelinas, Virginia, Karen Janezic, Florida and Kathy Ruhlman and her husband Gary, Florida, a sister Anna Chenette, Rensselaer, NY, 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister Elizabeth James, who died on October 29, 2002. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2005 at 10:00 am from the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls with the Rev. Carl Evans, Pastor of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Little Falls officiating. Interment will take place in Holy Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Little Falls. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at the funeral home on Monday, June 27, 2005 from 5-8 pm and to attend the funeral services Tuesday morning. In lieu of flowers It is the wish of the family that contributions in memory of Mrs. Janezic be considered to the Alzheimer's Assn of the Mohawk Valley, 247 Elizabeth St., Utica, NY 13501 or to the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 512 E. Gansevoort St., Little Falls, NY 13365. Envelopes are also available at the funeral home for this purpose.
