Obituary of John Osley

John Osley LITTLE FALLS - John Osley, 84 formerly of 15 Southern Ave., Little Falls and since January of 2003 a resident of the Van Allen Nursing Home, Little Falls passed away Friday, December 24, 2004 at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, Utica. He was born on January 23, 1920 in Little Falls the son of the late Stephen and Elizabeth (Vdoviak) Osley. He was educated in Little Falls schools. Mr. Osley was employed as a mechanic's helper in area automotive garages and was last employed in the assembly department of the former H.P. Snyder Mfg., Co., Little Falls. He is survived by a brother Daniel Osley and his wife Jessie, Fort Plain and a sister Elizabeth Osley, Little Falls and 6 nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by 2 brothers Stephen Osley, who died in 1994 and Dusan Osley, who died in 2001. Funeral services will be held on at the convenience of the family. Interment will take place in Holy Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Little Falls in the spring. Arrangements are by the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls.
