Obituary of Raymond E. Frezza
LITTLE FALLS - Raymond E. Frezza, 87 of 31 W. Gansevoort Street and for many years of Woodside Ave, Little Falls passed away Friday, August 10, 2007 at his residence.
He was born on June 5, 1920 in Little Falls the son of the late Frank and Martha (Rovazzi) Frezza. He was a graduate of Little Falls High School class of 1938.
He was united in marriage to the former Alice M. Fort on April 27, 1946 at St. Joseph's Church Parish House, Little Falls.
Mr. Frezza was a veteran of World War II serving with the US Army Air Corps., entering the service on December 23, 1941. He served with the 4144th AAF Base Unit in California. He was honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant on October 31, 1945.
He was a member of the Elk's Lodge # 42, BPOE, Little Falls, the
De Carlo - Staffo Post # 8, ITAM, Little Falls and the S/Sgt. Steve Stefula Post # 4612, VFW, Little Falls.
Mr. Frezza was employed in the Purchasing and Sales Department of the former Mohawk Data Sciences Corp., (MDS), Herkimer, retiring in 1984.
He is survived by his wife Alice, 2 daughters Patricia A. Gressler and her husband Jeffrey, Little Falls and Joanne M. Morotti and her husband William, Little Falls, a grandson Owen Morotti, Little Falls and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by 3 brothers Louis, Paul and Alfonso Frezza.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 13, 2007 at 11:00 am from the Holy Family Parish Church, Cor. Main & John St's, Little Falls where a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Anthony Ligato. Interment will take place in St. Mary's Cemetery, Town of Herkimer.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls on Sunday, August 12, 2007 from 6-8 pm and to attend the funeral services Monday morning.

Members of the Elk's Lodge # 42, BPOE will call in a body at the funeral home on Sunday evening at 7:00 pm to conduct their ritualistic services. Members of the S/Sgt. Steve Stefula Post # 4612, VFW and the De Carlo Staffo Post # 8, ITAM will call in a body on Sunday evening at 7:30 pm to their honors to Mr. Frezza.
