Obituary of Elizabeth E Eysaman
LITTLE FALLS – Elizabeth E. Eysaman, 90 formerly of Flint Ave, Little Falls and since June of 2016 a resident of the Alpine Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Little Falls passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at the Albany Medical Center, Albany.
She was born on December 24, 1927 in Cooperstown, NY the daughter of the late Fay and Nina (O’Connor) Maxson. She was a graduate of Richfield Springs High School.
On December 11, 1948 she was united in marriage to her husband of 36 years Monroe Eysaman in Richfield Springs. Mr. Eysaman predeceased her on May 29, 1984.
She is survived by her son, Larry Eysaman and his wife Cindy, Mohawk, her daughters, Eileen Urbiss and her husband Ronald, Little Falls, Karen Sobel, Rome, Sandy Eysaman and Richard LaVentrue, Herkimer, and Cindy Vogt and her husband John, Little Falls, her brother Norman Maxson and his wife Jane, Richfield Springs, her sister Marion Maxson, Richfield Springs, her grandchildren Laura, John, Adria, Alyssa, Daniel, Jennifer and Cameron, several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Grace LaFrance.
Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Rural Park Cemetery, Inghams Mills in the spring.
Arrangements are by the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls, NY. There are no calling hours.
It is the wish of the family that contributions in memory of Mrs. Eysaman be considered to the Herkimer County Humane Society, PO Box 73, Mohawk, NY 13407. Envelopes are also available at the funeral home for this purpose.
The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff of the Alpine Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Little Falls and to the staff of Albany Medical Center for their care, kindness and compassion shown to Mrs. Eysaman and her family.
