Obituary of Mary E D'Angelo

HERKIMER- Mary E. D’Angelo, 93 formerly of Michigan St., Mohawk and Valley Residential, Herkimer passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Valley Health Services, Herkimer. She was born on October 26, 1924 in Mayfield, PA the daughter of the late William and Sarah (Pritchard) Letts. She was a graduate of Mayfield High School Class of 1943. She was united in marriage to her husband of 20 years Mario (Marty) D’Angelo on January 19, 1963 in Stroudsburg, PA. The couple made their home in Mohawk, NY for many years Mr. D’Angelo predeceased her on August 30, 1983. Mrs. D’Angelo was employed for several years a copy person for the Herkimer Central School District. She is survived by her son, Raymond Heter and his wife Linda, Spring Hill, FL, five grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Catherine “Cassie” Heter-Cushing in 1995 and by her sisters, Florence Williams in 1997 and Lena Smith in 2003. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, February 18, 2018 at 12:00 pm at Valley View Memorial Park, Jermyn, PA Arrangements are by the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls, NY. There are no calling hours.
