Q: How did you meet John?
A: I met Duke when I was little, I’d go to their house so LaVerne could do my Moms hair. Duke would always come out and pick on me. Growing up through the years, we always remained friends, although we didn’t see each other very often. RIP Duke, tell LaVerne we said hi!
